Expected delivery time:
Within Pakistan: 3-5 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
International: 6-10 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
The order delivery/dispatch may get delayed due to influx of orders during sales and new collection launches.
Address modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed (including cod and online paid orders).

Please allow up to 2 working days to prepare all orders placed from Mondays to Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays. Orders placed through online payment system have go through a fraud status check and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further.
Payments will be collected from the shipping address for all cash on delivery methods. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email contacting tracking information, be sure to check junk/spam folder as well.
Shipping and Customs Duties:
Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.
We currently offer free local shipping on orders Above Rs.6000 within Pakistan.
Orders placed through credit card or any other online payment system have to go through a fraud status check, and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further. If the fraud status returns ‘failed’ the order is cancelled automatically. For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum number of 4 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be cancelled.
Orders can be cancelled upon customer's request any time before they are processed, Abaya.pk may cancel orders for any reasons which may include:
Out of stock items Pricing or technical errors
We are happy to exchange any unworn item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 07 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in a new condition, with the pricing label secure.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.
- Furthermore, please be advised that any additional fabric, or patches included with the product, are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the description.
- There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however, all exchanges are based on stock availability.
- Exchange for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.
- We offer free pick up services for items in case wrong product being dispatched to customer or those have defects.
- We do not offer any courier service compensation if customer send the item back unless requested by our representative.
- The replacement process time due to pickup and delivery can take up to 2 weeks’ time depending upon the availability of the item.
- This is requested to our valued customers to strictly follow washing instructions.
- We recommend to soak and dry the unstitched fabric so that you know the shrinking is done before you sew the fabric.
- We shall not entertain any claims pertaining to refunds in case the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Instead, store credit shall be issued against the refused parcel once it reaches back to our stock.
- In case of paid order being modified, partial refund will be credited back to your account once the remaining order is shipped. If the entire paid order is being cancelled then the refund will be processed within approximately two weeks’ time.
- The current exchange rate will be applied on the refund of the items returned/exchanged.
- We encourage our customers only to place orders from our official website www.abaya.pk to get original Abaya.pk products at actual prices. We highly discourage purchasing items from any unauthorized re-sellers, individuals, Facebook or Instagram pages. Abaya.pk doesn’t take responsibility for items purchased from any unauthorized sellers and individuals.

Once your product is assessed by the relevant team, you will be offered an exchange / store credit subject to availability.
- We do not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders.
- In case of any defected or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit shall be offered to customer.
- The customer should notify discrepancy within 07 days of the online order being delivered.
- Abaya.pk will not cater any exchange/return after the above mentioned time period.

- Abaya.pk monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Abaya.pk online and offline stores in all instances.
We have no existing refund policy. However, in case of unavailability of stock, or if the product is in a defective condition, refunds may be exempted. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

You can cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Conversely, once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. In this instance, our Exchange policy will apply. Abaya.pk reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock unavailability, declined payment by your authorized payment institution, or pricing imprecision.
